You have probably noticed some new functionality in Fetch this month! Below you’ll find a recorded walkthrough explaining what’s new and how to use it. Here’s a summary of the big new items, all of which are covered in the training video:
1. Home Dashboard Updates

- Gaps in Care/CareCheck
2. Red Dot Notifications (New)

- Publish shift confirmation dialogue
4. Reporting Packages

The first 10 minutes of the video covers the first three categories listed above, while the last 10 minutes covers the reporting packages in great detail.
