Hi all,
I hope you are doing well! Please find the December Marketing Update attached below for your review. Please review and let us know if you’d prefer to opt out of any of these social posts or emails.
WELCOME NEWCOMERS!
For anyone new to CareVet, our monthly marketing updates contain social media posts, emails and other updates for the upcoming month. We ask that you review what we have planned and let us know if you prefer we not deploy any of this content. If we do not hear from you, we’ll assume you’re okay with all of these posts (excluding any promotional content or content for services you do not offer, such as boarding) and schedule them on your behalf.
PLEASE READ – Blog Posts (New!):
Please review the attached blog post below before Monday, November 21, and let me know if you’d prefer we not share this on your website! I apologize for the rush. We hope to post this on all CareVet-managed websites before Thanksgiving. If we don’t hear from you, we will add this to your website on November 21st. We will accompany this with a Facebook post directing people to read the blog on your website. Blogs are a great way to generate more website traffic, and we’re excited to begin offering these every month!
Holiday Hours:
If you would like us to put a notice on your website and Google My Business regarding special holiday hours, please fill out this form. Please indicate what days you will be closed and which days you will have modified hours.
Social Media Guide & Local Marketing Guide
If you’re interested in learning more about how you can increase engagement on your social media page or attract more clients in your community, check out our new Social Media Guide and Local Marketing Guide (attached below). These are jam-packed with valuable tips on how your team can get involved with your social media content (which your clients will love) and even pursue new social channels such as TikTok. The Local Guide will provide you guidance on how you can develop relationships with others and establish a referral network.
Please let us know if you want a team member added as an administrator on your hospital’s Facebook page. If you want a custom post made for your hospital and need assistance, please submit photos and info to the Jotform linked here: https://form.jotform.com/222975994253167. We can help you add more personalized content to your page, but please allow 48 hours after the form is submitted to receive a response or have your content posted.
New Client Form Consent Section:
If the marketing team manages your website, you likely have a digital New Client Form. We recently received requests to alter this, and I wanted to give everyone the opportunity. Please let us know if you would like us to change the verbiage in your consent section to reflect surgery deposits are non-refundable by replying to this email. For reference, this is the standard language we use in the form:
I hereby authorize the veterinarian to examine, prescribe for or treat the above described pet(s). I understand that all animals must be current on vaccinations and testing for hospital procedures. I assume all responsibility for all charges incurred in the care of my animals. I also understand that these charges will be paid for at the time of release and that a [non-refundable] deposit may be required for surgical treatments or hospitalization.
Please reach out to me at eehll@carevethealth.com with any questions, and thank you for reviewing!
