🥳Happy New Year!
This Friday, many hospitals will see a new KPI value appear under ‘Gaps in Care’.
This is a measurement of the total wellness services your hospital delivers over the course of a month. These wellness services include vaccinations, parasite testing (heartworm, tick pathogen, fecal), dental prophylaxis, FeLV/FIV screening, and wellness labwork. We want you all to have visibility into the magnitude of the number of wellness services you offer pets each day and each month. It’s amazing the number of pets we serve through preventative services, and we have tools like CareCheck to assist in delivering your hospital’s best medicine to these pets.
The KPI will appear after your hospital has launched CareCheck for several weeks. There is no incentive tied to this KPI at this time. An initial ‘goal’ estimate will be set purely based on your hospital’s historical performance and anticipated invoices. This goal setting process is still being refined and is fluid. Therefore, you may see the goal adjusted midway through the month.
The KPI value is accurate only after your hospital has returned the ‘code checking spreadsheet’. For several hospitals that are not compatible with CareCheck / Vet Success, the KPI will display ‘No Data’. For hospitals that have recently launched or are in the process of launching, you may also see ‘No Data’ at this time.
If you have not submitted nor received your ‘code checking spreadsheet’, please contact codecheck@carevethealth.com.
Additionally, if your hospital has not incorporated CareCheck or if you have questions, please contact us at codecheck@carevethealth.com to get started!
