You will see many references to these offers in the attached update. Please know that your content will only reflect the offer you communicated to us or, if you completely opted out of the promo, will not include an offer at all. If you do not remember what you chose, please reference the Marketing Planner Responses email that I sent out on 12/21 or respond to this email, and I will let you know.

For anyone new to CareVet, our monthly marketing updates contain social media posts, emails and other updates for the upcoming month. If we have not met yet to review marketing with you, we would love to set up a meeting to discuss this & other items. Once we have access to your Facebook page, we’ll ask that you review what we have planned and let us know if you prefer we not deploy any of this content. If we do not hear from you, we’ll assume you’re okay with all of these posts (excluding any promotional content or content for services you do not offer, such as boarding) and schedule them on your behalf.

If our CareVet manages your website and you would like to explore a new styling option, we encourage you to view some new options by clicking here and exploring different styles by expanding the bar on the left side. If you would like us to implement a new style/font on your website, please click here and complete our short form, letting us know your preferences. Please note the content on your website will not change, nor will the current color palette.
Hill’s Update
- Hill’s will be sending many of your hospitals QR code stickers that you can place on bags of food to encourage clients to re-purchase food from your online store rather than a third party. Your QR code will send your clients directly to your preferred online platform. When you are ready to order additional stickers, or if you have any questions, please contact your local Hill’s territory manager.
- Additionally, Hill’s is offering all CareVet hospital’s clients $7 Off online purchases through Hill’s to Home, Vet’s First Choice or VetSource Online Store. This offer will be sent out via email only, but you may also tell clients. See the last page of the update for the code and details. Offer is valid 5/1/23-6/30/23. Please note we will only send this out if you’re on PetDesk and have an online store through VetSource or Vet’s First Choice.
