Compliance Call Campaigns
In response to many hospitals’ requests for help increasing compliance amongst lapsed clients/help driving visits, we’ve begun an accelerated rollout of a program that we have been working on since the beginning of the year. Those of you who use PetDesk know there are automated reminders via text messages, emails, push notifications or postcards to clients as their pet is coming due for services/if they miss a service. Many of your hospitals recently participated in a voicemail campaign outreach to clients who still had not booked an appointment despite receiving their reminder messages. We plan to continue working on the process (including working through the feedback we received!) and doing this on an ongoing basis. Please check your email for future updates on these campaigns!
Ends October 31st: Lapsing Client Promotion – $50 Off Next Visit
Last month, we shared a new initiative to target lapsing clients back into the hospital in response to many of you reaching out to us about feeling the decline of an increasing number of lapsed patients over the last year. To encourage lapsed clients to re-book, we sent out a targeted emails to your lapsed clients in late August, and, for many of you, we sent out a voicemail campaign featuring the same offer. Please note: if you previously opted out of this campaign, we will continue to honor your opt-out preference during October. As a reminder to those who are participating, here is the fine print of the offer:
- As with all promotions, please set up a discount code in your practice management system (preferably LapsingClient50) and set it to a non-DVM provider to ensure this will not impact DVM production.
- The email will state that clients need to show the email to receive the offer, and they cannot stack discounts.
- Each client may only use the offer once, even if they bring in multiple pets/come in for multiple exams.
- The offer will end on October 31, 2023. This is not intended to be used during exams beyond this date.

- Zoetis: The attached social media & email calendar for October has a few Solensia posts included. We will only schedule these posts if we see that you carry Solensia based on BAPS order history. Zoetis has also offered to ship you copies of the attached OA checklist (or there are print-friendly versions attached) and brochures if you’re interested.
