Compliance Call Campaigns
Many of your hospitals have recently been participating in ringless voicemail outreaches to lapsed clients who still have not booked an appointment despite receiving their automated health service reminder messages via PetDesk. Please note that our next ringless VM campaign will be next week on 10/24 and 10/25 (these will occur every other week moving forward). We are still working on some upgrades and enhancements to our system, which will be coming in November (please look out for future emails from me), but please be aware of a few safeguards we have put in place for you and your teams:
- No clients will receive more than 5 messages total (one every other week). Once they hit the fifth message, they will not receive any further communications for at least 3 months. At this point, no clients have received more than 3 voicemail messages since early September.
- We have added an automated text message following the voicemail that gives the client the option of booking/requesting an appointment (through Vetstoria or PetDesk) + it gives them the option to opt out of future VM campaigns.
- If you have a client who should absolutely not be contacted at all moving forward, please submit their name and phone number using this form: https://form.jotform.com/232884407854062
- Please review your PetDesk Compliance Report before 10/22, when the report refreshes. We will be pulling data from these reports a week from today. If there is inaccurate info in this report, please check your Practice Management System where PetDesk is obtaining this information.
- If you need special accommodations or cannot participate in this, please continue to communicate these choices so that I can ensure our trackers are up to date and we respect your preferences.

Please review the attached blog post before October 27th, and let me know if you’d prefer we not share this on your website! If we don’t hear from you, we will add this to your website on October 30th. We will accompany this with a Facebook post directing people to read the blog on your website.
