Compliance Call Campaigns

Many of your hospitals have recently been participating in ringless voicemail and text mess outreaches to lapsed clients who still have not booked an appointment despite receiving their automated health service reminder messages via PetDesk. Please note that our next ringless VM campaign will be next week on 11/20 – 11/22 (these will occur every other week moving forward, so be prepared for calls the week of 12/4 and 12/18).

  • If you have a client who should absolutely not be contacted at all moving forward, please submit their name and phone number using this form: https://form.jotform.com/232884407854062
  • Please review your PetDesk Compliance Report before 11/19 (and review weekly moving forward), when the report refreshes. We will be pulling data from these reports on Monday, 11/20. If there is inaccurate info in this report, please check your Practice Management System where PetDesk obtains this information.
  • If you do not use PetDesk but are interested in participating, contact me about what data is needed to participate!

PetDesk and Vetstoria Support Changes

If you’ve wished you had just one customer success manager for PetDesk and Vetstoria, you’ll be glad to hear that now you do! PetDesk and Vetstoria are now joining forces more than ever, and Nick Banas will be your primary point of contact for both Vetstoria and PetDesk issues. Urgent Vetstoria issues should still be directed to support@vetstoria.com or the chat in your dashboard + urgent PetDesk issues should still be directed to support@petdesk.com or the chat in your dashboard, but re-trainings, changes to setup, system optimization and the like can be worked on with Nick by scheduling time on his calender here: https://calendly.com/nick-banas OR emailing him here nick.banas@petdesk.com. Feel free to reach out with questions!

Facebook (Meta) Messages

If you receive a message from Meta about account suspensions, this is likely fake and should be disregarded. Please do not click any suspicious links in emails or FB messages. Always check the sender’s email address to see if the message is coming from Meta. If the email does not look like an address they would be sending from, delete the message. Always feel free to reach out to marketing@carevethealth.com if you are unsure.
