Hi Team,
As 2023 ends, we want to look ahead and begin planning our 2024 marketing initiatives. Attached you will find our comprehensive 2024 Marketing Planner for Q1 and Q2. Please review this document thoroughly. Also, please read to the end of this email for more information on a separate topic: Canine Infectious Respiratory Disease.
The marketing initiatives in this planner were developed to increase compliance amongst your patients and educate your clients on preventive healthcare. We strongly encourage participation in all or many of these initiatives. We know this is a lot to plan for, so we have created this resource and will be here for you over the next several weeks to discuss and support these changes.
I will be holding optional ZOOM office hours during the following times: December 12, 13, and 14th from 8 am – 9 am CT (click the hyperlink to access the zoom). If you are new to the CareVet network and we haven’t been able to meet yet, I strongly encourage you to reach out and set up a time to meet individually or attend office hours.
Please use this digital form to submit your final selections by Friday, December 22.
We appreciate your consideration and are excited to hit the ground running in 2024! We will send you a summary of your responses during the last week of December. Please note this planner is only for the first half of the year – Q3 and Q4 planning will occur in June.
On a separate note and to spare you from multiple emails from me today, we recently worked with Dr. Thornberry on a client-facing communication for Canine Infectious Respiratory Disease Client Communication. This communication is attached and is completely optional. If you would like for us to send this out to your clients, please complete this form before EOD Wednesday, December 13th, if possible. We will send this out to your clients on 12/14/23 if you opt-in. If you complete the form after this date, we can still send this out to your clients; we just ask that you allow us a short period of time to get this sent out.
