March 2024 Marketing Update

Hi all,

I hope you are doing well! Please find the March Marketing Update attached here. Please review and let us know if you would like to opt out of any of these social posts or emails by responding to this note before 2/29. You will see many references to the Q1 Promotion. If your hospital chose to opt-in to a Q1 offer that runs through the end of March, we will feature this in many of the social posts and in an email. If your hospital chose not to participate or your offer is ending at the end of February, we will still share the dental health content with offers omitted. As a reminder to hospitals that are participating, it is very important to establish a discount code that will not impact DVM production (by assigning it to a non-DVM provider) and to ask your team to use this code.

For anyone new to CareVet, our monthly marketing updates contain social media posts, emails, and other updates for the upcoming month. If we have not met yet to review marketing with you, we would love to set up a meeting to discuss this & other items. Once we have access to your Facebook page, we’ll ask that you review what we have planned and let us know if you prefer we not deploy any of this content. If we do not hear from you, we’ll assume you’re okay with all of these posts (excluding any promotional content or content for services you do not offer, such as boarding) and schedule them on your behalf.

February Blog Post

Please review the attached blog post before February 28th, and let me know if you’d prefer we not share this on your website! If we don’t hear from you, we will add this to your website on February 29th. We will accompany this with a Facebook post directing people to read the blog on your website.

Upcoming Online Store Changes

If your online store is changing in the next few weeks, please know that we are working closely with Brett to stay up to date on your “launch date” and will be making updates to your hospital website, PetDesk client-facing app, and social media pages (basically anywhere your online store is currently linked) on that date to update the URLs, routing users to their new store. If you would like to share an update with your clients ahead of the change, we have crafted the attached email template, which you can customize and easily send out to clients via PetDesk using instructions provided here.
