Hi all,
I hope you are doing well! I’ve attached the June Marketing Update here. Please review and let us know if you would like to opt out of any of these social posts or emails by responding to this note before 5/31.
Please remember that various offers are running across our network as you review. If you are not sure what your hospital is opted into, please reach out! We will not schedule promotional social posts or emails for your hospital unless you have opted into the offer.
WELCOME NEWCOMERS!
For anyone new to CareVet, our monthly marketing updates contain social media posts, emails, and other updates for the upcoming month. If we have not met yet to review marketing with you, we would love to set up a meeting to discuss this & other items. Once we have access to your Facebook page, we’ll ask that you review what we have planned and let us know if you prefer we not deploy any of this content. If we do not hear from you, we’ll assume you’re okay with all of these posts (excluding any promotional content or content for services you do not offer, such as boarding) and schedule them on your behalf.
Pet Care Services Content and Suggested Summer Add-Ons
Calling all hospitals that offer boarding, daycare, and grooming! Kelsey Smyth, Director of Pet Care Services, has compiled many fantastic ideas for Summer Pet Care Service Add-Ons. These can be customized to work for your hospital & are great ways to increase revenue.
If you are interested in participating in one or many of these, please complete this form by EOD May 28th. Kelsey will share the graphics for you to schedule your social posts and the suggested pricing for your location from May 29th – 31st.
Even if you don’t have pet care services at your hospital, many of these ideas could still work for you! We encourage you to take a look and see if there is anything you could implement at your hospital.
WELLNESS WEDNESDAYS EXTENDED!
We are extending Wellness Wednesdays through August 31st. If your hospital has been participating in Wellness Wednesdays, please know that we will continue promoting this offer with ONE CHANGE! The $25 coupon on the future exam will expire six months after the date of their Wellness Wednesday exam. In summary, the new standard offer* will be:
Receive a free heartworm test for canines or free feline leukemia tests for felines with the purchase of a wellness exam. Additionally, clients who come in and mention the offer will receive a $25 credit to be used at their next appointment within six months. This is up to a $100 value.
We have attached new coupon templates you can print off here that will allow you to add the date of the client’s initial exam to the coupon so your team knows if they redeem it within six months.
If you are currently participating and need to opt out of the program after May 31st, please reply to this email no later than May 31st.
If you are not participating and would like to enroll beginning June 1, please complete this form by clicking the link prior to May 31st.
If you opt in, please establish a discount code, such as “WELLWED” and assign this to a non-DVM provider.
*If your hospital is participating in a non-standard Wellness Wednesday offer, please know that we will plan to continue your current offer instead.
May Blog Post
Please review the attached blog post before May 30th, and let me know if you’d prefer we not share this on your website! If we don’t hear from you, we will add this to your website on May 31st. We will accompany this with a Facebook post directing people to read the blog on your website.
