December 2024 Marketing Update

I hope you are doing well! I’ve attached the December Marketing Update here. Please review and let us know if you would like to opt out of any of these social posts or emails by responding to this note before 11/27/24.

Please remember that various offers are running across our network as you review. If you are not sure what your hospital is opted into, please reach out! We will not schedule promotional social posts or emails for your hospital unless you have opted into the offer.

For anyone new to CareVet, our monthly marketing updates contain social media posts, emails, and other updates for the upcoming month. If we have not met yet to review marketing with you, we would love to set up a meeting to discuss this & other items. Once we have access to your Facebook page, we’ll ask that you review what we have planned and let us know if you prefer we not deploy any of this content. If we do not hear from you, we’ll assume you’re okay with all of these posts (excluding any promotional content or content for services you do not offer, such as boarding) and schedule them on your behalf.

Pet Care Services Promotion Reminder: Previously Communicated Offers Are Running Through December 31, 2024!

As a final reminder, if your hospital offers boarding, daycare, or stayed opted into the September/October PCS offers we communicated in our last 3 updates, please know that clients may redeem these offers through the end of the year. WE WILL NOT schedule this content for hospitals that do not offer PCS.

• Offer 1: Clients can save 10% on a daycare package, boarding stay or grooming appointment when they purchase a wellness exam.
• This offer will only feature the pet care services your hospital offers.
• SUGGESTED CODE: PCS10
• Offer 2: Clients can purchase a full day of daycare, bath and brush for $50
• This offer will only be promoted if your hospital offers both daycare and grooming.
• SUGGESTED CODE: PCS50

• Offer 3: Clients will receive a free ear cleaning for their pet when they book a boarding stay of 3 nights or more.
• This offer will only be promoted if your hospital offers pet boarding
• SUGGESTED CODE: PCSEAR

Please use these codes to track the discounts! We will only schedule this content if you stayed opted into the PCS Bark to School, and we will continue to honor any special modifications you may have requested. Please review the attached blog post before November 26th, and let me know if you’d prefer we not share this on your website! If we don’t hear from you, we will add this to your website on November 27th. We will accompany this with a Facebook post directing people to read the blog on your website.
