March 2025 Marketing Update

I hope you are doing well! I’ve attached the March Marketing Update here. Please review and let us know if you would like to opt out of any of these social posts or emails by responding to this note before 2/27/25.

Please remember that various offers are running across our network as you review. We will not schedule promotional social posts or emails for your hospital unless you have opted into the offer. Please be sure to reference your Q1/2 2025 Marketing Planner response summary if you’re not sure what you chose. If you cannot find your response summary, we would be happy to resend it to you.

For anyone new to CareVet, our monthly marketing updates contain social media posts, emails, and other updates for the upcoming month. If we have not met yet to review marketing with you, we would love to set up a meeting to discuss this & other items. Once we have access to your Facebook page, we’ll ask that you review what we have planned and let us know if you prefer we not deploy any of this content. If we do not hear from you, we’ll assume you’re okay with all of these posts (excluding any promotional content or content for services you do not offer, such as boarding) and schedule them on your behalf.

Save This Life Microchip Client Communication:

Due to the recent and unexpected disruption of Save this Life’s microchip pet registry database and its business operations, we have drafted a communication that we can initiate to pet parents. If you would like for us to send this out to your pet parents on 2/22, please opt in using this form by noon CST 2/21.

Waiting Room Televisions:

In Q4 2024 we were able to order waiting room TVs for certain hospitals. If you did not receive a TV in Q4/you do not have a tv in your waiting area, and you can accommodate a TV, please complete this form to give us more information and request a TV. Waiting room televisions are a great option to make wait times feel shorter and to help us advertise services and products. We highly encourage you to complete the form, and this will allow us to work with you on getting a TV in your waiting area over the next month or so. We’ll also send you a device that allows us to remotely manage the content on your television.

February Blog Post:

Please review the attached blog post before February 27th, and let me know if you’d prefer we not share this on your website! If we don’t hear from you, we will add this to your website on February 28th. We will accompany this with a Facebook post directing people to read the blog on your website.
