Mental Health Awareness Month is right around the corner and we are thrilled to once again sponsor Not One More Vet’s Race Around the World this year!
THE SCIENCE: Evidence consistently shows a link between physical activity and positive mental well-being. In fact, exercise can help improve stress levels, enhance mood, and even lessen the effects of anxiety and depression!
THE SCOOP: As a proud Race Around the World sponsor for the 2nd year in a row, CareVet is inviting YOU and your team to participate! Registration is covered for the first 500 participants using the code CareVet2025 so act fast! Participants will track their activity throughout the month of May and compete with other members of the team. Additionally, you can fundraise as an individual or hospital to bring in more financial support for this amazing organization!
Our CareVet team page is now ACTIVE and can be accessed at https://charity.pledgeit.org/carevet2025 – just click ‘JOIN’ to sign up! When prompted, you can create a new team for your hospital, join one that has already been created, or just sign up as an individual on the CareVet Team.
THE BETTER NEWS: As mentioned, the registration fee is covered for the first 500 participants, and the Pledgeit platform is integrated with the Strava app so tracking your activity will be a piece of cake! Not a runner? That’s ok! You can walk, hike, kayak, or jazzercise your way through May! The activity choice is yours – just be sure to log your miles!
