It allows Team Members to provide recognition to one another in the way of sending “Boops” (How cute is that?!), submit feedback & ideas to leadership, and track individualized wellness scores generated by regular pulse checks. You can also set personal goals, celebrate milestones, and share important announcements with the rest of your team!
